Cabañas VIP Mazamitla

We liked: the chalet style cabin was very pretty, the bathroom was nice and the shower was great; the fireplace; the water pressure; the water was hot; the jacuzzi and jets were awesome.

The TV and internet to the TV did not work as advertised; The patio doors would not open fully. The doorknob to the front door was very loose, and not safe; we were worried every time we locked it for fear we would not be able to get back in. The mattress was VERY hard and very uncomfortable. There was no window or FAN in the only bedroom which was on the second level by the roof of the house. It was soooooo hot. The kitchen utensils was bare minimum. The sofa is old and sinks in the middle. The sink sponge was old and dirty. There was no dish towel. The chalet was not private as the neighbours house could see inside...the other houses are extremely close. I would not stay in this neighborhood again as it is not private. We didn't know that from looking at the online pictures.

Great view with the promised ammaneties included.

Unclear directions to get there, seems like poor cleaning services specially in bathroom.

The cabin and location were excellent.

Cabin was beautiful! the layout is modern and romantic, very clean and there were not really any big bugs, which I really appreciated. I also want to highlight that the host team was excellent, very accommodating, professional and attentive. We would definitely love to come back.

The cabins are beautiful, but there is some small maintenance due, like the bathroom towel hanger and the sink faucet where very loose, though still functioning. A thing to mention, which might not be in the host control, is that the road/path to get to the cabins is rough, mostly after downtown with lots of big potholes.

Place too quiet I love it

It's a very beautiful place and a nice location pretty calm I liked it
