Chalet Gletscherblick Stubai

The view of the glacier, the luxurious setting and the extremely friendly locals in the village of Mieders who made the holiday very pleasant. Also a great garden to let the dog run around and play without worrying about him escaping as everything was well fenced.

Kitchen lacked some basic utensils for cooking (e.g. pasta server), table and sofa inside didn't have much space for 6 people, even though there are enough beds for 6. This was fine for us considering it was summer and outside had plenty of space but if we were forced to stay inside due to the weather, it would've been difficult. The garage would've been fine for regular cars but having a taller campervan meant we had to be very careful with fitting it in without hitting the ceiling. For that reason, the second campervan had to park down in the village centre (5 min steep walk away). Obviously, this isn't the owner's fault but just a bit of information for future guests who travel with a campervan.

The Chalet is great, excellent place to be, very calm, relaxing, great if you have a pet. Clean and modern, decorated with good taste.

Really nothing to mention, if I wanted to be very picky I could mention that the BBQ could be a bit more modern :) and it was a pity that the jacuzzi was off. But really, this is nothing compared to what I liked.

We loved the chalet. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for access to Innsbruck and for hiking nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The outside space is nicely done and the view is beautiful. We enjoyed having breakfast in the cosy little nook.
