Service is good,food is good. I like the taste of their food.（Note：I like sweet and spicy food and stir-fried dishes.If you are an east asian person you will like the food）The staff were extremely enthusiastic.（importance：when we arrived，they told us the resort that we ordered was closed. But they set us at another resort（Adil waterhouse resort）asap.

Hope there will be elextricity throughout the whole day and increase the water flow even more.the room have cockroaches and ants. But u know，most of the resorts have these problems XD

The place is amazing and the guys are super nice! I reccomend it.

I was transferred to Adil Waterhouse with additional charges by SEMPORNA PARADISE TRAVEL AND TOUR comp .. absolutely sucks..the food ..the place is dirty..nothing is provided..not even a single mineral water..all the know is charges..keep charging for everything.i even had to paid extra to go out to buy food as their food sucks..pls don't book or dealing with this company.Boat charges for 2 person Abt 15 minutes ride cost me Rm 500 for 2 person..sucks

The management totally ignores customers .they only want money and u are stuck in middle left no option..totally sucks

Guide at the resort very helpful

The third party who manage this booking very2 bad.. they charge us for boat transfer from jetty to resort to jetty without receipt and charge Rm1000 for 3pax of adult and 2pax of children. And they ask more to pay for another Rm100 /pax of children out of booking.com system. Since in the Booking.com system shows there are free stay for children below 17years old. Booking.com please manage this thing properly.. They manage like a scammer

the view was amazing the woman that cooked did a great job the fresh fish and seafood was good everything else terrible !

dirty dirty dirty ! cats and kittens pooing and mess in the public areas and not cleaned up . kittens walking on the tables where the food was being served . room as basic as I’ve ever seen . think budget dirty hostel - although it was big room and it did have a good view of the sea broken toilet . no shower no wash basin you were expected to wash in the container of water that you cleaned the loo with !!! if these rooms had not been in the beautiful sea you would be disappointed. broken glass door to our room limited electricity only on at night whatever you get quoted on booking .com you pay another 100 RM each person each way - add to the price they are trying to improve the place but that meant there was piles of wood and tools around and some noise not suitable for young kids
