Mont Blanc Chalet

Das Vermieter-Ehepaar war sehr herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man spürt die Liebe im Detail. Das Frühstück war wirklich ein Genuss und wunderschön angerichtet. Die ruhige Lage mit dem Seeblick bewirkt ein sofortiges "Runterfahren" vom gestressten Alltag.

Très mignon petit chalet avec une superbe vue sur le lac de Neuchâtel. Tranquille, bien agencé, tout est prévu pour y passer un bon moment.

Rien, tout était très bien. Pas de commentaire négatif en particulier.

Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung sind eine Reise wert. Tolle Gastgeber und ein abwechslungsreiches mit viel Liebe zubereitetes Frühstück.

The view

This was the worst experience we’ve had in years of booking through this platform. The current high rating feels misleading and does not reflect reality. Privacy issues: We were surprised to find the chalet is shared with permanent tenants living in the basement (4 to 6 people during our stay). The terrace offers zero privacy as their outdoor area is directly below ours. To make matters worse, one tenant knocked at 9:30 PM to ask for pillows from the room where our children were already sleeping. Poor maintenance: The exterior is neglected. The garden is overgrown, the terrace railing is broken, and there was a wasp nest right above the entrance. When confronted, the owners acted in bad faith, claiming the unkempt grass was a "style choice," despite the photos on Booking showing a perfectly manicured lawn. Cleanliness & Interior: The interior is dated and lacked basic cleanliness. There were cobwebs on the walls and dead insects on the pillows. One bedroom lacked proper curtains/blinds. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was a far cry from the photos advertised—extremely basic and disappointing. We booked for two nights but felt so uncomfortable that we left after the first night.

Le chalet de Mont Blanc n'est pas juste un joli chalet dans un joli coin. C'est un havre de paix et de bienveillance à l'image de ses propriétaires. Chaque détail est pensé par les hôtes pour agréer le séjour de ses invités. Le petit déjeuner apporté Chaque matin est une bouffée de bonheur...

Tout était parfait. L'accueil était très chaleureux, la propreté impeccable, le charme du lieu et des objets choisis avec soin, le calme ( on n'entend aucun bruit), la terrasse où manger le soir, on a l'impression d'être dans son propre chalet pour quelques jours. Les chambres sont très jolies et décorées avec beaucoup de goût dans le style du chalet. La literie est propre, fraiche et confortable. Magnifique petit déjeuner, imposant, copieux, varié, plein de ravissants produits frais faits maison par les propriétaires, et apporté sur un plateau chaque matin. L'écran de télévision dans la chambre est une surprise (que je vous laisse découvrir).

J'ai tout apprécié, aucun commentaire négatif à faire.

Entorno i el chalet son ideales si tu objetivo es disfrutar de la natura de suiza en un entorno tranquilo y confortable.

La gentillesse et l’accueil des propriétaires du logement, le petit déjeuner délicieux chaque matin, la vue exceptionnelle et le chalet très cosy !
