The amenities, their condition, overall cleanliness the kindness of the host, the location and the house design. The owners invested so much time and effort to make this house as welcoming and as warm as possible! One of the best vacation houses I’ve been at, perfect for solo and for couples!!

If there is one thing that could be just a little bit better - it’s to add one more motion detected spotlight for the parking - as it’s very dark there at night and the house spotlight doesn’t really generate light that far - on the parking space/car.
