What truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. The hosts were not only kind and welcoming, but genuinely attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made me feel less like a guest and more like a member of the family. One of the biggest highlights of my stay was taking private tours organized directly through the guest house. They were absolutely amazing – well-planned, personalized, and gave me a deep and authentic look into the beauty of the region. My guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about sharing local culture. Of course, this is a family-run budget guesthouse, so don’t expect luxury hotel standards — but what you will find is heartfelt hospitality, genuine care, and a truly local experience that’s worth far more. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main sights and local gems. The bed was super comfortable, the room spotless, and the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay, which was a big plus. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, charm, and heartfelt hospitality so perfectly. If you're visiting Kutaisi, this is the place to stay. Honestly, there’s nothing serious to dislike . everything was good , if you are looking for warm guest house - its best place to stay here!

The customer service was poor. Be cautious with the kitchen table cabinet—when you try to close it, the top panel can fall off, which caused the kettle to break in our case, and we were asked to pay for it. The room heater wasn’t working, the main door lock was faulty, and there was no hot water in the bathroom.
