Owners are false advertizing their capacities that seems to be more than a coincident or a mistake. We were two riding buddies on motos, so we wanted to book their two bedroom house as on images where you see the exact place you are booking. When we got there the lady owner said that this must be a mistake as that house is not in use or for renting. She had an agressive unpollite aproach from start and continued arguing on a non polite way, she said what did you expect for this money (105€ a night) and that we can only get wooden bungalow with only one bed. We wanted to leave or persisred on two bed rooms that we booked. Finally we got two rooms in another house, but the water did not run for shower, there was no trash can in the house, wifi did not work and my room was still not ready and clean from the last guests. Negative experience would not need to be so bad if lady owner would have a more polite aproach. Her husband tried to smooth things later but we did not feel comfortable interacting with them anymore so we also left early in the morning next day without breakfast. Funny thing that when we left the place, we saw the house we thought we booked for which the owners said its not in use of for renting in the first place, was now occupied by some other tourists. Hour later that first evening young French couple arrived that was also stayng as a guests there and they had the same experience. They also thought they booked the same two bedroom house, but were not so lucky or persistant as they ended in a small bungalow. The energy of the place is not right. They seem to openly take advantage of a high season on such ways to catch voulnerable tourists. They also seem to offer camp spots as I saw few tourist tents, but doubt they were happy customers either as there is no flat ground on their land for tents and all of them were tilted in some direction. So here is explanation on my experience and why such rating. I am a loooong time booking.

Очень отзывчивые хозяева. Попросили выехать позже, легко согласились. Понравилась территория, много места, столики гамачки. Большой домик уютный. Маленький довольно темный и темный. Даже без окана. Расположение на машине удобное, не на дороге, в лесу. . Но магазинов в шаговой доступности нет.

Маленький домик слишком маленький....нет окна.

It was well located to the mountain. It was an experience of “glamping” - not camping, but not the same as being in a hotel or apartment. There was a grill to use, which was great for chebapi. Shower had warm water and there was always toilet paper. Owner was kind. Heating worked very well and kept the chalet cozy. Also beautiful views.

I did not know the chalet was only a room with a beds and a mini fridge. The bathroom is separate in an outhouse however it is well maintained. WiFi is not provided and cell signal is horrible, most of the time non available (if that matters to you).
