Localização boa , única coisa que se salvou colchao confortável.

Quarto abafado , nao faz limpeza a muito tempo no local um descaso com hóspede, bicho morto no local, coco de rato , torneiras estragadas , dentro da casa um cheiro horrível de esgoto que vem do ralo do banheiro .

Chao muito sujo. Impossível andar descalço dentro do quarto. E não tinha nem uma vassoura pra gente limpar. Banheiro não tinha um mísero tapetinho pra sair do box. Infestado de mosquitos. E como a janela não tinha o vidro, não dava nem pra manter fechado pra evitar. Ventilador estava sujo e quebrado, não mexia para as laterais.
