The bungalow is beautiful, facing the mountains and the river, breakfast is amazing and fresh . Güven and the people there are so kind and helped us with everything. I definitely recommend for a secluded night in the mountains.

The way up there from the parking is not paved and kinda hard, they help with all the bags though so its better. It could be a little cleaner.

unfortunately we had no time to take the breakfast the place between the tree the looking over the water running like small river especially when the snow falling it was amazing all the host were v v nice

it is not suitable for especial need person the waking to the hotel or the room difficult narrow pass you have to climb maybe dangers especially when snowing or raining

المكان مرتفع وتحتاج مشي مع الدرج حول 300متر متعب لكن بالنهاية يستاهل على الاطلالة ولايوجد شطاف

The views from the chalet to the river and the mountains are marvelous. The hostess (although she speaks no English, it's easy to communicate with translating Apps) is very welcoming and around (if you get a signal) to assist with requests. Breakfast was very nice too, traditional Turkish style on a tray - room service.

The water in the bathroom was all over the floor, even when we checked in. We asked for the extra towels to be ably to dry the water out. After taking a shower, of course, it was even worse. There're no little things in the kitchenette, like garbage bin, kitchen towel or paper towel, not enough tea cups, etc, minor things that ruin overall experience and for each such missing item, it's uncomfortable to text the hostess and ask for help. The chalet is on a hill, not accessible by car. To reach it, one needs to walk up a steep uphill, it was no problem for us but it would have been better if we'd known that in advance. It was a lovely stay, we understand it's difficult to create a luxury experience in the setting the chalet is at, but we thought it was still overprized.

The view from the room is superb. The behaviour of the host was excelent and they were very kind, polite and they were always ready to help. The location is very much close to the Ayder city centre yet you get the feel of staying with the local people which is a plus .in the nights you can literally hear the sound of the river which is a soothing sound.The breakfast was good though it was the same for all the days during our stay. Among the slight negatives are that you have to climb up every time to reach to the property. So, the guests need to be physically fit to access the propeety. The climb is equal to almoat 8 floors high. They helped with the luggages and carried them up and down which was really helpful. And the quality of food for dinner can be improved a bit.

إطلالة الكوخ على الشلال و جبال أيدر متميزة و رائعة جدًا ، كذلك تعامل العاملين متميز بالأمانة فقدت جوالي عند الخروج لكنهم وجدوه و أحضروه لي بسرعة للسيارة قبل انطلاقي. أخص بالشكر أمينة و خديجة اللتان قامتا بإعدا إفطار ريفي خاص لنا و كذلك محمد الذي ساعدنا في حمل الحقائب للأعلى و دلّنا على مكان التلفريك القريب جدأ من الفندق.

مدخل الفندق غير واضح على الشارع الرئيسي، نظرًا لأن مدخله يقع في أعلى الجبل و الذي يتطلب من النزلاء صعود سلالم عالية و منحدرة للوصول للكوخ.

مكان الوصول الى الفندق صعب جدا حيث السير على الاقدام بالاضافه الطريق وعر ومتعب لايصلح للعائله
