Les Chalets au Bord de la Mer

Location near town and the marine discovery centre was excellent. Seeing the sunrise from the deck was awesome and spotting whales, seals and porpoise from the deck was icing on he cake.

Stay was too short.

Nous avions le chalet numéro 3, le bleu, la vue était exceptionnelle

Mis à part la vue sur le fleuve, la qualité du chalet ne valait pas le prix demandé

Tout était parfait ! La vue, les baleines dans la baie le matin pour les chanceux. Très bon accueil d’Alain qui est très chaleureux. Chalet est en parfait état et super équipé.

C’est en effet assez cher mais le cadre est incroyable et les prestations le justifient. Le chalet est neuf (jaune) et il est compréhensible de demander un coup de balai en partant et de laisser l’endroit propre. J’ai du mal à comprendre les commentaires négatifs.

Beautiful location and view close to the Marine Environment Discovery Centre. Spacious chalet with large deck (we stayed in the red chalet). Allain was helpful in showing us how to get the key from the lockbox that we weren't familiar with.

There was an implication that if the list of cleaning instructions to do before leaving the chalet wasn't completed, the damage deposit would be kept, even though the cleanliness of the chalet was not on par with other places that we have stayed at (small, but noticeable details).

The property is close to everything

The pull out sofa was not very comfortable. They show a beach but to get to the beach you have to go in the woods and down the hill which was very dangerous. There are no steps to go down it looks like they are building some for part of the trail.

Beautiful views of the St Laurence. We were lucky to have caught the Northern Lights while staying. It was an unexpected sight! The cottage was clean and well equipped.

The bed was a little too hard but we got used to it after the first night.
