Property Notes

Please inform Osada Sudecka in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The following discounts are available when booking 2 chalets: 10 % discount on treatments and thermal bath in Zdrój Zdrój Wojciech - all year round 10% discount on ski passes to Lądek-Zdrój ski station - in winter. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of PLN 30 per night applies. Please note that stag parties are not allowed at the property.
