Il personale, senz'altro. Stepan è una persona semplice, disponibile e squisita. Con lui non esistono problemi!

La serratura della porta manomessa. Ho rischiato per ben due volte di rimanere "in trappola" nella mia stanza. Tuttavia la colpa non è tanto del personale quanto degli ospiti vandali che ci hanno preceduto.
