I liked nothing about this property, my experience was totally upsetting and frustrating.

My stay at this property was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the entire place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, stale air, and garbage. The odor was so overwhelming that there was not a single moment during my stay when I could escape it. I was traveling with my child, and he was extremely uncomfortable and disturbed by the smell throughout our stay. I repeatedly requested that the staff keep the windows open or take some action to improve the air quality, but my concerns were completely ignored. The lack of care and consideration for guests was shocking. The bathroom was tiny, filthy, and poorly maintained. It looked unhygienic and unpleasant to use. I have attached photographs as evidence. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bedsheets, pillowcases, and blanket covers all smelled bad, as if they had not been properly cleaned. The towels also appeared dirty and unclean. The overall condition of this property was disgusting. Instead of feeling comfortable and relaxed, I felt trapped in a dirty, smelly environment that made me feel sick to my stomach. I paid for accommodation expecting basic cleanliness and hygiene, but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise families, especially those traveling with children, to avoid this property. It was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience, and I regret staying here.

I had a small budget and the price was good and in line with my budget. The guy at check in was nice enough and the process went smoothly.

The shared bathroom was actually a tiny shared toilet with the shower connected to the taps on the basin so you actually stand on the bathroom floor for a shower with water going everywhere leaving the seat and floor wet for the next person. Access to the room is through an office. The room was damp and gave me a bad chest and the place in general was run down.

No breakfast was provided but you can easily make your own breakfast

The room was spacious and in a good location

One of the sutters didn't work so the light came in from the window very early in the morning and it was annoying. I suggest to get it fixed.
