We follow a lean, self-service and no-frills hospitality model to keep stays affordable, with select amenities available on a pay-as-you-use basis. Drugs, misconduct, non-payment, theft, vandalism or policy violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible permanent blacklisting. Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises. Alcohol is permitted only in designated common areas and inside private rooms. Our cafe serves vegetarian food with self-service culture and operates 8 AM–2 PM and 6 PM–11 PM (timings may vary) Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones within the premises. For group bookings of 2+ guests, same-dorm accommodation is not guaranteed as room allocation is automated and subject to availability. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel chain suited for young travellers, and does not permit guests below 18 years of age, even with legal guardians. The property is pet friendly, and we allow pets only in private rooms (not dorms). Any damages are attributable to the pet owners. Visitors are allowed only in common areas between 9 AM and 9 PM and are not permitted inside rooms. Female dorms are strictly for female guests only. Local IDs are accepted. Limited parking is available on-site subject to availability (up to 8 cars). Due to our remote location and intermittent power outages, Wi-Fi may be unavailable during your stay. Silent hours are observed daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Amazing experience"

Overall the property location and environment is great. The whole management team is working very hard and is a great team. The kitchen staff is really good and nice people. I would definitely recommend this place. It was a great experience and I would like to visit again.

Everything was so good. Nothing to not like.

"Great location, average facilities"

The location is really good. In the middle of a coffee plantation, you might have to walk from the main road for 700m if you are a solo traveller by bus, but the walk is really worth it. Good for having a night bonfire and fun

The morning cafe opens only at 9am. Until then you dont even get a cup of tea or coffee and since the property is available in the middle of a coffee plantation, no tea or coffee place is available outside. The cafe is shut between 4 and 6pm when most people want to have a hot tea or coffee. The food is overpriced is what i felt. Only vegetarian options are available. I had also requested an early drop to the main road at 8am after checkout, but nobody was available even at the reception desk. The place has huge potential to be a great hostel given they make certain improvements.

Hospitality at its best!!!Albin the manager ensured that we are okay and comfortable at Hosteller from the very moment we checked-in.He gave a brief and to the point details about the hostel and it's other branches in different locations.Now on I ve decided to stay with hosteller group where ever I go.Thank you hosteller from providing such an amazing and cozy stay.
