Cottage Carpe Diem

Perfect location if you are planning to visit Stepantsminda! The chalet was very spacious and had everything we needed. The place was clean and very comfortable.

The shower needs some work. There are no curtains and the water spills everywhere.

It’s a beautiful property with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Nothing to dislike.

A very pleasant hostess, cleanliness, location, a beautiful and comfortable environment for a family vacation, with amazing views. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a short-term vacation, which I needed. The photos and description from the website fully correspond to reality.

There was nothing unpleasant, except for a couple of very minor details that aren't even worth mentioning, they’re so insignificant. We liked everything about this property and enjoyed every moment we spent here.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Thank you for the hospitality. The cottage has everything you need. Clean, reasonably priced, warm, cozy, safe, well lit and ample space for car park. Host, Manana was always reachable and smiling. She also helped us with our ad-hoc queries on Kazbegi. The area is also well connected to nearby restaurants and supermarket. There are 2-3 indian restaurants (average). Khevi/Samani are great Georgian restaurants. Petrol pump is at a walkable distance and car wash are at walkable distance. There are many cottages in this area. Many just behind the property, even then there is sufficient privacy. - Gergeti Trinity church is 15 mins by car. - Juta Valley is 30 mins by car + walking. - Gveleti Waterfall is 15 mins by car. - Supermarket/central plaza is 2 mins by car, 15 mins by walk.

1) Requesting host to accept online payment mode in the future as it is much convenient than cash. 2) Front door and bathroom door need lubrication and repair. 3) Warm water took a lot of time to come so many times we simply washed with cold water. 4) Stove is not powerful enough for cooking. Consider replacing it. 5) Kitchen's and bathroom's white lights should be replaced with warm white to match the cottage's aesthetic.

host was very kind, she came in her car to pick up because we were unable to find exact location due to poor network. The property was amazing with all facilities and on top of it we did bonfire which was next level. All perfect
