It’s a magical little house very comfortable for a family of four but would say that can do great for a bigger family with 5 or 6 members including teenagers. It is in the forest but still walking distance from the shops and the lake. The sauna is a highlight as well as the kota nearby where you can enjoy a campfire. The sledges and the fat bikes were also of good use. The host is easy to communicate with. The kitchen is renovated and fully equipped. There is a fireplace inside the cottage, which creates a very cosy atmosphere. There is also a washing machine which was very useful. The place is fantastic and feels like you are in a fairytale. We would love to return.

There were some items on the upper balcony that looked like someone is still doing some works but didn’t bother us at all.

The management is bad because we were not given the keys on our arrival. We were abandoned by the owner with vague and inaccurate answers." Be careful, they are not professionals, experience not to be repeated: we have opened a legal practice towards this structure!

Great location. Yllãs is a fantastic base for Lapland activities. The Kota hut was amazing as were the fat bikes and sledges. Squirrels loved to visit the feeder on the veranda.

The kitchen was exceptionally small and having just one bathroom between a large group was tricky. Not enough toilet paper!

It is like a winter fairytale!!! We loved it. The property is located at the end of the road thus it is totally quiet and peaceful there. No cars passing by. The house is nicely decorated and is very clean. It gives a feeling that you are at home. You do not even have to go out - the view outside the window is already perfect enough. The kitchen ist very narrow and a bit outdated but still has everything needed. We also used tipi one day, very good addition. And of course sauna - nice and clean.

Well, it would have been good to have a dryer, but I understand that there is no place for that.
