Conforto da cama e limpeza do quarto.

Quarto sem tv e frigobar, café da manhã muito pobre não têm como tomar uma água gelada á noite, pois a geladeira da cozinha fica fechada com cadeado na porta da cozinha.

Localização, tamanho do quarto, cama (qualidade do colchão).

Quarto: sem tv, sem frigobar, sem toalha de rosto. Café da manhã: simples e restrito, um tipo de: fruta (cada dia uma diferente), suco (cada dia um diferente), bolo (o mesmo todos os dias), pão (sanduíche já montado), a mesma raiz (aipim), tapioca com manteiga (apenas um dia e pouquíssimas unidades que em poucos minutos acabou). Faltou iogurte (já que tinha granola), um pão francês (já que tinha ovo mexido, calabresa frita com cebola). Se algum item acabasse não era reposto (com exceção do café preto coado).
