A localização é ótima, fizemos tudo a pé, porém a rua é pouco iluminada em alguns pontos e existem moradores em situação de rua que ficamos apreensivos mas não fizeram nada. A cozinha é bem equipada e completa, custo benefício é excelente!

O chão do banheiro estava com sujeira de obra aparentemente, o chuveiro pinga uma gota gelada durante o banho (o que incomoda um pouco), apenas isso de pontos negativos, de resto o custo benefício é ótimo!
