I just booked one night to see and if I would have liked it I’d stayed longer. but really with no exception the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I really don’t know how you can behave and treat your clients like that. it’s their job to make the stay of their guests comfortable. and I talked with three of them, they were all incredibly rude so I left the next day immediately. i was still really nice to them but they don’t deserve it. wrong job they chose.

It felt like a little oasis in the middle of concrete jungle belo Horizonte. The neighbourhood is very lovely with little shops and restaurants. It feels very local and safe, and not too far from the centre at all. There are a lot of bathrooms and showers and the dorms are nice and spacious. Stable bunk beds. The common kitchen is very good. All the common areas are cleaned regularly. I loved having the pool/garden where you can sit in the sun during the day and relax!
