"All was good, but the call from the receptionist left us with a bad taste..."

The attitude of the receptionist was a s scandal. 30 minutes after we checked-out at the reception and confirmed all is well, she called us shouting at us that she’s going to call police since - according to her – we didn’t pay the bill!!! She didn’t say a thing at the checkout, since… we already paid in advance to Booking.com… Even if something was wrong – this is a BAD attitude and a BAD manner…

You can make use of a near hotel’s facility’s, which is great. But there is not really a place to change before you go to the pool for instance if you are not staying in the hotel.

Beautifully appointed, a great location close to to the centre of Seefeld with excellent facilities, including use of the hotel pool

My only criticism is that the living room light is very bright while the one over the table is lovely. they both come on from the same switch. it would be lovely to have a separate low level light for the living room area to make the space feel cosier
