Funny Farm Backpackers

The room was very nice and comfy. Two bunk beds and two single beds, we got lucky that the staff put my friend in the same room for no extra cost. The balcony was lovely and had one of the most spectacular views I have seen and for the price that cannot be argued with. The bartenders were super nice and everyone spoke English. Hotel also had nice gardens and communal areas and the prices in the bar and the shops nearby are amazing value -especially for Switzerland. I would absolutely come back here if I am ever in the area.

Even though it was only the two of us in one room and nobody else it was a shame that the bunk beds did not have coverings in anyway such as with a curtain which would have made it far more comfy to sleep at night if others had come in the night. Also there were no sockets near us so we had to charge our phones at random places in the room. Moreover, there are no lockers for bags and even the baggage storage before check in was not a locked room and whilst I never felt unsafe or worried about thieves in the area I am sure others would feel more comfy if such security was provided. Although I would say these are nitpicks at an otherwise perfect place.

It was not cleaned well

We like the space, the balcony with beautiful view of the mountains and gardens, the private toilet/bath. We enjoy the stay here very much. Its peaceful, calm, relaxing and enjoyingredients, making our holiday a great one. Hope to come back here again. The price is really affordable. Thank you.
