desatendido y deficiente

Desayuno mal, deficiente, no lo use. Estacionamiento muy reducido. Cobro adicional por uso de estacionamiento, creo que no corresponde, debiera ir incluido en el costo. Aplican cobro de la reserva al ingresar sin revisar antes el estado de las habitaciones, estimo que no corresponde, se debe cobrar una vez que uno se retira. En habitación existe un refrigerador vacío, debieran mantener alguna bebida o agua, independiente que si se use lo cobren. Habitación usada no tenia aire acondicionado.

Este hotel faz propaganda enganosa. Apresentam um preço com garagem e escondem nas letras pequenas taxas e extra para usar a garagem. Mentem sobre isolamento acústico, pois do quarto é só ruído de uma rua altamente movimentada. Suporte do chuveiro quebrado, obrigando você a segurar a mangueira com uma mão e fazer malabarismo pra se lavar com a outra. Mentem sobre canais pay per view: é só TV aberta com péssima imagem. Mentem sobre tomada perto da cama, pois só tem uma tomada no quarto, no lado oposto das camas. Não tem ventilador como divulgado.  Cama extra-longa é uma ficção. O prometido ferro de passar roupas não encontrei. Resumindo, vendem gato por lebre.
