Very friendly and cosy. Great location and lovely social area. Comfortable bed

Bit noisy up to 11pm as our room was over the social area but very quiet after 11.

The staff were oustanding. The dogs we loved. Great burgers. Nice ambiance.

Only thing was a little noisy. Pool table and speakers directly under our room.

The team there was super nice and helpful in all things, absolutely great!

Constant noise every day unfortunately, they were fixing up cars next door with super loud and annoying music all day, and in the evening we could hear word for word the conversations of customers of the bar as we were right above it, until it closed at 11pm for finally some quiet time. Not great if you want some rest.

Place is so cute! Love the outdoor area-also a designated area for smoking !

The only thing to note is depending on which room you get light and noise can flood in. But I already had a sleeping mask with me so it wasn’t an issue.

Decent size, decent location. Ideal for a night or two before and after the w-trek.

Location absolutely excellent and convenient. The food was healthy and freshly made to order. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The ambiance is fantastic. I much enjoyed and preferred my stay here over 2 different high end hotels I stayed at during my stay to Puerto Matales

There is nothing I would change about this hostel! It far exceeded all expectations 😁
