Posada Portal de la Villa

The place was beautiful, breakfast was yummy, caretakers were kind and helpful. The rooms with the queen beds were really nice, roomy, beautiful views. The location was great because it was walkable to the center of town. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat

One of the family rooms had beds that were squeaky because the mattresses were either covered in plastic under the sheets or maybe they were made of some sort of a plastic/ vinyl material. The teens did not sleep well.

Breakfast is simple but good with different options, the location is very central.

Fabulous, quiet place with a very nice breakfast (fresh fruit, coffee /tea, eggs, bread, although no vegetarian/vegan options). Kitchen Staff very helpful and kind. It is an old style House with courtyard in the middle, 2 blocks from main plaza.

Great location (200mtrs from main square), provide parking lot (which is difficult to find and expensive in Villa de Leyva). Nice breakfast.

Wifi coverage is not the best, in our room there was almost no signal at all.
