Atención del personal. Me dejaron botas y poncho el día que llovió mucho. El desayuno rico y preparado al momento.

Ruido en general. El día que llovió, mucho ruido porque tienen una chapa que no oermite entrta el agua al patio interior y sonaba mucho. Llovió mucho uno de los días

Très bel emplacement, les chambres sont très spacieuses, le personnel adorable, au petits soins, toujours dispo pour donner des conseils sur la ville et ses alentours. Le petit dej est très bon avec du choix.

Friendly and helpful staff. Upon check-in Erica anticipated all my questions and a whole lot more. I liked that she did not pitch tours or transportation companies, giving only the information needed to help me make my own choices. Everyone else on staff were very pleasant and friendly. Very nice common areas. Great breakfast options. Airy and bright room. Free beverages available all day. Great location.

I could hear pretty much everything in the common area outside my door. Anticipate the same in the reverse direction. Wasn't comfortable having to withdraw and carry cash in advance of my arrival in Salento. It would be nice if credit card payment was an option.

Everything was great

O atendimento e café da manhã impecáveis. Roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, limpeza diária.Todos os funcionários muito prestativos e solícitos, em especial a Angela que nos atendeu super bem enquanto estivemos lá. Esquecemos uma jaqueta em uma das fazendas de café, e ela prontamente organizou para que trouxessem até o hotel. Um atendimento humanizado e especial.

Super lieve mensen, goed ontbijt en we mochten de dag van check out nog tot laat onze spullen laten staan en zelfs even chillen voordat onze bus vertrok.

- Difficult to regulate warm water in the shower (although this seams to be super common in some areas in colombia in general)

Cute and comfortable hotel located only 2 blocks from the downtown square. Very friendly staff and delicious made-to-order breakfast included.

Our room's decor was a little outdated and mismatched. The hotel is older so expect the facilities to reflect that. Would still go back in a heartbeat!
