Guests must be a member of the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF) or Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk. A valid youth hostel membership card is required to stay at the property, which can also still be purchased on arrival. For guests residing abroad it costs EUR 3.50 per night, German tourists will be charged between EUR 7 - 27.50. These charges are not included in the room rate. Guests planning to arrive after 18:00 should contact the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. There is no access to the hostel between 02:00 and 06:00 as it is closed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very Good"

The family room with four beds was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy, the location is great and the price was significantly cheaper than all our other options.

It's a youth hostel so austere is the word. Hard beds, plastic floors, thin sheets and pillow. The whole building is loud. The room got very warm during hot weather and there was zero air flow.

The location. Breakfast options. And the cleanliness

The fact that i should be a member of international hostel union. I found it lame and they collected 5 euros for that.

Bisher habe ich immer nette Zimmernachbarinnen gehabt - die letzte hat sich auf dem Zimmer ziemlich spät noch ihr essen gekocht, das war gewöhnungsbedürftig aber auch eher außergewöhnlich. Die Betten sind bequem, es ist sauber und der Preis inklusive Frühstück ist fair. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber gut. Der Weg ins Zentrum einmal über den Rhein ist nicht weit.
