Had a great stay here in Alexandria. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria.

Location

There was a fly on my breakfast and it's certainly not a good one. Actually everyone was complaining about it Someone went through my luggage when I left it in designated area after check out and stole something :( Showers/toilets aren't clean enough. Very noisy, air conditioning not in use so balcony y door was open, so there was noise from inside and out Sheets were dirty and smelly, staff didn't change them. Told me they're receptionist and can't change them and that I should book at their sister hostel and he would cancel my booking there. This was at night when I was tired from travelling
