Sõbralik personal. Tuba oli üsna väike, kuid puhas. Meeldiva üllatusena oli olemas õhksoojuspump. Külmkappi toas polnud kuid sai kasutada koridoris olevat. Üllatas telekanalite rohkus. Parkimiskohti vähe kuid tundub et kõigi külastajate sõidukitele leitakse maja ümbruses koht.

Vannitoas puudus föön. Peegli all võiks olla väike riiul ja seintel paar nagi asjade riputamiseks. Suur peegel toas võiks samuti olla.
