La terrasse sur le Nil, la plage... Un vrai coin de paradis, nous avons adoré. Si nous avions su que nous serions aussi bien logées, nous serions restées plus longtemps. Une seule nuit, c'est trop peu pour un tel endroit !

The terrace on the Nile, where you can swim and rent kayaks for 100EGP/hour. The very helpful staff, giving tips to avoid overpriced activities. The amazing backpacker vibes. The laid-back atmosphere of the location.

A bit outside the city center, but it's a 15' walk from restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket (kitchen available at the hostel). And anyway being a bit far is what you need to get the terrace on the Nile.
