This is a good/cost effective place to stay. Good location and good staff. Its not a luxury spot but it has the basics for a reasonable stay. Bassem - the manger is a good guy and very helpful. I would recommend.

General speaking I got many diseases from that place & I cried from their way to deal with me & every thing worse This place consists of divided into sub spaces & each have a name like Floriana camp or Charlie house or nautilus rooms or new life camp They are not honest, and the person that manages this place ahmed heity is not good & deceiving people , as they publish same & fake rooms photo for many rooms and for example the nautilus rooms when you book you see images & @ reality you see extremely different rooms, I swear you will see rooms like tombs full of germs & insects like hell & full of hazards electrical wires bare & mould @ walls & roof & everywhere & used bed covers with stains that too many people slept & also the wired issue is that the staff go rest in the clients rooms & I shouted to them that it’s unethical & no hygiene & extremely hot & when you cry to them they might bring you fan, the rooms doors if you knock it it will open & no safety , no baskets in rooms & trash every where Go to the bathrooms & you will assess the rate of that place, I swear you will see germs & mould & insects there & i’m sorry to say that you will see dirts & sewage every where & you will got diseases as I got in my eyes & it’s spreadable And when you ask to get your money back they will not give you your money & will tell you : don’t give us bad rating & we will give you money & that’s lies . Or they tell you cancel from booking.

Got many diseases & germs & bacteria & you stay in tombs not rooms & very very dirty every where & bathrooms & photos in the website never like reality & when you speak they deal with you badly you can’t sleep literally a night mare the basic needs for any person even if the person is poor: is safety & security & hygiene & cleanliness & calming & all of these isn’t available at all. Some people jump over clients rooms & related to stolen things it’s too long story There are many rooms size is 1.8 m2 you can’t stand & walk straight you can only jump to bed & that’s unethical & irrespective This place should not cost more than 5 egp/day or 0.2 eur/day You are like sitting in street but with a closed walls but even the streets are more wider & streets bathrooms are cleaner when we dive Compared to other places I went through so other places have hand tissue & clean bathrooms & clean showers & change bed covers from Client to other & clean rooms & air conditioned rooms & refrigerators & locks in rooms and all of that is with a very very little more price And all of this is basic needs & isn’t found in Floriana camp or Charlie house or nautilus rooms or new life camp It was a nightmare truly
