Közel van az óvároshoz. A reggeli jó volt. A recepciós készséges volt. Saját ingyenes parkolója van.

Egy lepukkant panellakás, felhólyagosodott festéssel. Lift csak a másik lépcsőházban volt, de ahhoz nem adtak kulcsot.
