Huoneessa oli tuuletin kuumaa kesäpäivää ja -yötä varten ja riittävästi jatkojohtoja. Aamupala oli erinomainen.

Sohvapöytä oli likainen, suihkutilan lattian ja seinän raja oli keltainen siihen kertyneestä saippuasta ja liasta. Kuumana päivänä tuuletusikkunat kannattaisi pitää kiinni, samoin verhot kiinni.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja ruokailupöytiä oli riittävästi. Autolle löytyi parkkipaikka pihalta.

Sängyn patja oli liukas. Petauspatja liukui usein sängyn päältä sivuun ja sitä piti korjata toistuvasti. Kovalla helteellä pelkkä tuuletin ei oikein pysty pitämään olosuhdetta hyvänä nukkumista ajatellen. Viilennysjärjestelmä olisi tarpeellinen kovilla helteillä.

Hinta oli aivan liian korkea huoneen tasoon nähden. Jos huoneen neliömäärä on alle 10 neliötä, se pitää ilmoittaa varatessa. Asteita huoneessa oli yli 30 ja käytössä ikivanha tuuletin.
