- friendly staff, happy to answer all my questions - clean room, comfy bed - well equipped kitchen free to use - location

No coffee available in the morning - staff didn´t refill the box and there was no coffee in the morning. Similar problem with toilet paper - no one checked if there is enough. These are not big issues, but it was quite disappointing.

Clean bathrooms and beds, comfy mattress, free parking

No staff after 10, too expensive

Staff was great and the entire place had very nice service’s and atmosphere.

Der Raum war eher klein und wir waren neben der Küche der Gastgeberin, was am Abend zu etwas Lärm führte.

It was a very nice stay value for money, and being able to accommodate a group of people together in the facility. I recommend this to my friends going to Lochness by group.

La persona que nos atendió era muy amable. La habitación es muy pequeña y tiene el baño separado pero el baño estaba impecable en cuanto a Limpieza. La cocina también estaba muy limpia. Las zonas comunes tienen grandes mesas para comer. Está prácticamente 1 km de urquhart castle . Un supermercado enorme muy cerca para comprar comida. Las habitaciones cuentan con calefacción y el baño y las duchas también parking privado en la entrada para unos cinco coches. Zonas de barbacoa mesas exteriores. La verdad es que lo recomiendo muchísimo

I'd like better pillows- a bit more size and support in them. More drying space
