its cheap but not for winter season, extremely cold inside

Although it is small it was equipped with all the necessary facilities, you get a washing machine and a burner with a pan utensils and other kitchen appliances as well as a decent bathroom. It is well worth the price, there was no bad odor and the host was friendly.

The bed is small and the heater is hard to operate, I could not figure out how to turn it on. There isn't much space to put your belongings and the area is secluded. There is a yard that is separated from the street and the view there is good. If you would like to cook then I suggest leaving the door or the bathroom window open as the room will get steamy very quickly and the stench of the food will stick around for a while.

Hospitable landlady, great location, the apartment is small but has almost everything one's needs.

Two minor issues, really. 1) It would be great to keep the room temperature a little warmer,. 2) At least one extra electricity outlet would be of benefit (to be able to plug in the phone charger and the laptop at the same time)

Quiet, comfortable place on a hill and bed is comfortable. Nice garden and place to sit outside. Stable internet (Wi-Fi). A fine stay for a single person

Rooms (bedroom/kitchen and restroom) are small

Natia is really great host. ❤️ From the first moment we loved the place. It is very spacious - we had place for cooking, watching movies, working, practicing yoga. We had very long journey from Armenia and spend all day in the car. She waited for us till late night and invited us for tea and refreshment! We did not expect such a hospitality. She treated us all the time not like guests, but family and friends. I felt like at home. She always asked if we dont need something or if everything is ok. She really took care about us and the place. She even prepared georgian khachapuri - the best we ever had! I really recommend this place. I wish you and your family all the best - Madloba!!!
