Fire alarm going off twice in the middle of the night and the owners were unresponsive

Instructions were accurate

location was bit dismal. Space was cramped. The shower seemed to set off a fire alarm

Not much really. Just the location. I found it too expensive for what you offer and the bad experiences I had

Confusing instruction to get the key. No personal welcome. No wardrobe in the room. It was cold. The window cleaner was cleaning the window at 6.30 am. There was 3 fire alarms at different hours of the night which is not ideal when you have a long day ahead. Obviously, no explanation about it

It's very close to the city and the communication with the staff was very easy and friendly. The bathroom was clean and there was a TV. Completely fine for one night as a single person.

The floor did not seem very vacuumed and the decor was very unlovely. A hairdrier would have been good. A kettle and a cup were provided, but no tea or sugar. The whole setup felt ill-considered.

No lock on front door room 3 hand loose windows let in the cold air mattress past its best could feel the coils .

Location was central to Inverness

Upon booking, I was informed that my room would be located in the main building. This was later corrected, and I was advised that I had been assigned Room C at the rear of the property. After a six hour journey, When I arrived at Room C and used the access code provided, I found that there was no key in the safe. I then attempted to contact your team for assistance. After making approximately 12+ phone calls and sending multiple voicemails and text messages, I did not receive any response until 11:00 pm. This lack of timely support left me stranded and without accommodation. When I finally received a response, I was directed to an alternative room. (Room D) Unfortunately, this room also did not have a key in the safe. It was only after a third attempt that I was eventually able to access a room. It subsequently became clear the following morning that room C was already occupied, which raises serious concerns about your booking and room allocation processes. This experience was extremely stressful at the time and entirely unacceptable. Being left without assistance for such a prolonged period, particularly late in the evening, is not the level of service one would expect. I use Booking.com on a regular basis and this is by far the worst experience I have had. The repeated errors in room allocation and lack of communication demonstrate a serious lapse in customer care.

1. Falscher Feueralarm um 00.45 Uhr. 2. Falscher Feueralarm um 05.37 Uhr. 3. Falscher Feueralarm um 06.42 Uhr. Anruf beim Vermieter wegen dem Feueralarm, niemand erreichbar. Das Bad war nicht beheizbar und es gab keinen Fön. Die elektrischen Heizkörper waren für die Größe des Raumes zu klein und Einer konnte nicht manuell eingestellt werden. Eine Jalusie konnte man nicht schließen und um 06.12 Uhr putzte jemand von Aussen mit einem Wasserbesen die Fenster.
