Gravitas Hostel

Friendly recepcionist. Great Location. Good infrastructure

Location was ideal on edge of old town. Staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful. This was the largest dorm I stayed in and the best hostel so far. Air con kept room at constant temp all day and night. The beds had privacy curtains and a large storage locker with key provides. On check out day my ferry was not until 1930 and I was able to store my luggage on site and come and go as I pleased to use the power toilet and to get relief with the air con. This is a party town but still chilled enough for me who is middle aged and not so confident. This definitely is a hostel worth checking out.

Clean. - Excellent staff and owner - chill music. - Cutlery coffee tea available. - Nice price

- Bring earplugs, Impossible to control people chat loud in room in a 20 mix room, but sleep time they will be quite. But its often to loud that they chat especially the young group - the mattress is used too long that it is not supporting anymore - The female washroom needs more hook for hang the cloth - The male washroom door has no auto close that is quite annoying to pass by anytime (near the female bathroom)

Incredible staff and owner who are very helpful and give great recommendations for food, day trips and events in the area. Clean and comfortable rooms. The bathrooms were kept really clean as well. Met a lot of fantastic people and had a great time in Split.

I would have preferred to have a small fan for the bed as I tend to sleep hot but it was still comfortable.

I initially booked for 2 days and ended up staying 4. Great location, super close to old town and all restaurants/bars. Comfy beds with a privacy curtain and huge luggage drawer right underneath your bed. Boris (owner) is a true legend, super helpful with anything you would ask. Overall, amazing value for money - highly recommended.

Room was looking good, new and comfortable. Privacy in your bed through a thick curtain. Very convenient in the city centre. Lovely owner and other travellers

Everything was super clean and the property was very well managed. The owner was kind and made our stay incredibly comfortable.

Would wish that the shower doors would be fully opaque.

The facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The beds are surprisingly comfortable with pillows that are not flat and privacy curtains! There is also good sound-proofing between the dormitories and the lobby/bathrooms. The owner, Boris, is super friendly and helpful, very willing to give any recommendations and advice about traveling around Split or just chat. I really appreciated that he was around and willing to give suggestions and chat!
