I got to experience being yelled at by an Israeli for trying to let him know there is something wrong with his suite.

The hot water was weak and had to be turned on outside of the suite, someone appeared to attempt to break into one of the rooms shouting Eduardo for 2-3 hours

Emplacement dans le centre ville de Tel Aviv, dans une rue très animée et passante. Proche de la plage et bien reliée par bus au reste de la ville. Second étage à préférer (vue sur la rue et petit balcon). Terrasse sympa avec piscine (très petite). Lave-linge et sèche-linge (un peu vétustes mais fonctionnels).

L'arrivée a été chaotique : chambre non nettoyée, donc impossible de s'installer et sale) ; la chambre 1 du rez-de-chaussée donne sur une ruelle ; c'est humide et peu engageant. Heureusement, Lior a réglé la situation rapidement et nous a attribué une autre chambre à l'étage. Cuisine propre mais il manque des mugs ou des tasses. Appartement en colocation.

I have nothing redeeming to say about this place. Its disgustingly run down. Riddled with mold.

Very dirty. There was mold all over the bathroom including things that are easy to replace like the shower curtain. The cleanliness was disgusting -- there were shoe marks on my walls, what looked like urine stains on my bathroom door, piles of dirt all throughout the property. The walls throughout were literally crumbling and in several places covered with plastic sheets to try to keep the debris in place. The spiral stairwell to get to the upstairs rooms was rickety and dangerous and with cracks in the walls where the stairwell attaches. I highly question the structural integrity. There were little flies in the bathroom and kitchen and the kitchen trash was not removed throughout the week until the very end of my stay. The windows in my room were cracked. I couldn't open the shower door without it banging against the toilet. The place is completely run down and the management does not care -- I tried to express that the conditions were not as I expected them to be and they told me that despite the mold-ridden bathroom and other issues "nothing was irregular." Management will not work with you -- will try to get you to move to an alternate property all the way in Yaffa thats no where near this central Tel Aviv location. Check out Scarlett Hotel nearby for the same rates in the same location and a much better accommodation with nicer staff.

I love this place, I stayed before and will stay again ! Location is perfect for exploring Tel Aviv and the whole place is kept very clean. It's very convenient being able to prepare food and use a refrigerator too if you don't want to eat out everyday.

Zentrale Lage, gute Organisation Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur le toit ainsi que l’emplacement de l’établissement, idéal car proche des commerces, restaurants et snacks-bar. La cuisine commune bien équipée avec fontaines à eau est un vrai plus. De manière générale, la propriété est très agréable.

L’établissement mériterait un rafraîchissement, les finitions sont assez approximatives. La salle de bain est vraiment à revoir : cabine et pommeau de douche devraient être remplacés. De plus, la photo avec la terrasse avec le point d’eau est un peu trompeuse par rapport à la réalité.
