Everything else - Hidden air conditioning usage restrictions, unavailable during the hottest hours and denied even after the stated time with excuses - 500 rupee cash or personal ID required as a key deposit - Overly complicated and time-consuming check-in process requiring excessive personal information - Unfriendly and unhelpful staff - Malfunctioning lift door with blame shifted onto guests - Unwashed bedding and bug bites on arms and legs - Poor Wi-Fi, not working at all in the room - No toilet paper provided for more than 24 hours
