Crossroads 1957 Hostel in Wayanad is a cozy, beautiful spot surrounded by lush greenery and easy to reach. The beds here are incredibly comfortable, after two nights of bad sleep at The Hosteller due to uncomfortable beds.I finally had a great night's sleep. Sundar’s delicious food is a must-try, and Gayatri, a friendly volunteer, and helped me to spot some wild life near to Sultan Batheri. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike.

In the middle of nature, very relaxing. The chef there is doing a great job, really good food for not much money. They uprgraded me to a room for myself.

When I was there there were absolutely no guests. No hostel vibe at all, nobody seemed to care about the place as well managers would come and go. Honestly I could have just left and nobody would have noticed. Thin mattresses and the rooms are zero comfortable. There are buses going to the main town but the hostel itself is in an extremely remote location if you’re not having your own transport you’re stuck.

I went to Crossroads wayanad two times and I really want to visit again for a week or more. When I first came to this property with my friends during the road trip across Kerala, I wasn't able to spend quality time with myself. So I decided that I'll visit again and this time solo and I did. I came to this property within one year and also SOLO. Unfortunately, this time as well I wasn't able to even spend more than 2 days since I had to return. But it was worth it. The one thing I love about this hostel is its location and the vibe this place has. The hosts Aflah and Mansi were so helpful during my stay and they took care of all the necessary things. How can I forget our chef MR. Sundar. He's so friendly and I had a good time having some meaningful conversations with him. Trance(cute Dog) was my companion during my stay since I was all alone during the stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Wayanad💯💯.
