We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 4 people. For bookings of 3 or more, beds may be allocated across different dorm rooms based on real-time availability. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancelation without refunds. Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families. Our standard check-in time is 13:00, and the standard check-out time is 10:00. We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. Additionally, guests carrying IDs with a local address will not be allowed to check-in. Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus. We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. Drugs and any substance abuse are strictly banned inside and around the property. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises. Right to admission reserved.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
