Forrest Hostels

An excellent hostel. Very clean. Comfortable beds with good privacy in the dorms. Good social area. Ping pong table, fuse ball table and a big range of games / boardgames are a great touch. Food from the onsite restaurant is quite good too - especially the Dal.Bat. They even do laundry. A great escape from the outside hustle and bustle. The street close to the hostel has a big fruit and vegetable market which is great to explore.

Location is about 10-15 minutes from station & the walk to any decent restaurants/ cafes will be at least 15-20 mins. If you don't mind walking a bit, all is great. Other than this, Forrest Hostel cannot be faulted - we had a great stay!

Staff behavior

Very clean. Bathroom and toilets get cleaned constantly throughout the day. Good value for money.

Mediocre location. It’s right inside a fish market. And although the smell doesn’t bother me much, the place is not walkable to tourist spots-and a long walk to the nearest metro station.
