Receptionist was very bad. Because she saw the status like whether the customer was rich or poor. I have booked a single room. She told me that another women sleeping in that room. As a whole She was character less person. Don't think that whole hotel staff behavior was very bad. I am just telling the Receptionist her name is Yan.
