Coliwo Deux - Chandan Nagar

The location was okay.

The property didn’t have a lift. The breakfast was very basic and water was dripping from the AC to the bed. Had to order food from Swiggy because the kitchen was closed. I believe they get the food from another Coliwo property in the same area.The room was just about fine. For the price charged, these things are not justified.

Nothing

1) They don’t change bedding and towels for 3 days 2) Breakfast is not prepared on their site and the kind of breakfast you eat is like you are drinking oil and they offer you only one thing that is also of their choice as well as you can’t have that before 9 in the morning 3) Quality of bed-sheet is really very poor 4) If you call technicians (Plumbers/Electricians) they will not come any sooner 5) Water get ended up while bathing I have to call the caretaker yo take care of it.

The place was well maintained and staff was cooperative

As a woman traveling alone, safety was my top concern. Coliwo surpassed my expectations in this regard. coliwo provided a secure environment with 24/7 surveillance, ensuring I felt at ease throughout my stay, Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to help. Their warm and welcoming nature made me feel at home from the very beginning, contributing to an overall positive experience Can't wait to return!

The rooms and staff was the best thing about the property, it was my second stay in the same property, never disappoints 🙌

Poorly managed

The room i booked wasn't the one given, so I had to make a request to change the room.

The service, there is no lift at the property.

It was an apartment like atmosphere nice to have if you're going to stay there for an extended period of time. Else if you there and want a full hostel vibe meet and discover not the place.

There wasn't Air Conditioning and when asked, was told that mode was changed and will take time cooling. (Not the case) We were out in a haste and used to be back late never fixed.
