Nothing. Location it’s okay. Staff are okay.

There are numerous issues, including cleanliness problems. The food does not justify the cost, and the rooms are very small. The bathroom was excessively dirty, and the staff cleaned it using a towel that was given to guests, washing it with regular clothes. Overall, it was not worth the money. This was the worst experience I had at Zostel compared to other branches.

Breakfast was unhealthy and stale . I was forcefully vacated from my dorm ,before the end period of my booking . I wasn’t issued my refund as well. I will surely knock consumer court regarding it and will lodge an FIR against Ms.Sureja ,Master Chirag (who physically assaulted me),Master Vansh,Master Arun.

The entire staff should be fired and shouldn’t be kept at work in hospitality field. Forget English,they don’t even know to converse in Hindi!

Zostel Pushkar felt like home amazing people, a warm vibe, great food, and excellent hygiene throughout. From comfort to cleanliness to memories, everything was just perfect and truly unforgettable

I really loved the vibe at the hostel, I made so many new friends. My stay was clean, the staff was helpful with the facilities. What I really liked was the connectivity to the city, the market & the cafes were at a walking distance. Food was quite decent at the hostel too though, but the team gives great cafe reccos.

Cleaning and doom beds are not good.

The staff courtesy, community gathering events like live music, desert Safari being arranged by them which makes it more enjoyable especially for Solo Travelers to create new bondings.

Need more hygiene.
