Very bad experience altogether, we requested water bottle at 1 pm the time when we reached, there is Big "No"

Tent quality and bed sheets are smell

We couldn't stay at the place as whole room was smelling of cigarettes.

On listing page it was mentioned that room that we booked was non-smoking but once we reached at the room, it was full of cigarettes smell. Alternate rooms were the same. Windows didn't have any mosquito net so the windows could not be kept open as it was next horses area so flys and mosquitoes were there. To top all of this, there was loud bhojpuri music being played by the staff. When asked them to stop the music, they said it cannot be stopped as it is played every night for the guests. So we had to book some other place and paid for this one too as it was non cancellable.

Food not satisfied, especially rice and non veg(we got only neck and other bone pieces)

Food was excellent, staff service was good. The manager was so friendly and helped us in trekking and site seeing. Location was soo good and in the evening time the stay will be perfect.

Yaakkk stay, I felt I wasted my money. Don't go with the pictures as they show in app or net. Rooms are dirty and smelly like cheapest. We just check out n booked another stay. I ask the manager can we get another room since the room was dirty n smelly he said they cannot do it and we need to adjust in same room. Later in conversation he was too rude n don't bother.

The behavior of manager

Location and setting was great. Very neat and clean dormitory... Amiable staffs especially prakash anna... almost 3-4kms from chikmanglur bus stand.. beautiful ambience.

Check out timing could have been made flexible...10 o clock seemed a little too early
