GBClean rooms, laundry service (cheap and dries super fast at this time of year), nice garden, good value for money. Staff spoke no English but we could communicate with Google translate. We were a few minutes late to check out and they didn’t mind too much! The location was also good - easy to walk most places or use Yandex to get a taxi further away! We liked it here and stayed here again when in Osh a few days later.
The rooms did have AC but it was not the best - seemed to take a very long time to get cool. But they gave us a fan when we asked and this was fine. Had to pay in cash (card not accepted).

BEThe garden was nice, it's a quiet place, rooms have a big size and the kitchen can be used to cook or store items in the fridge
To be very honest decided to stay at this place because there was Aircon in the rooms, thinking it was going to be very hot in August but we never used it. The evenings are quite nice and cool. All the last reviews are spot on. The shared bathroom does not seem to be cleaned regularly and lacks cleanliness overall. The owners are surprisingly unfriendly and unwelcoming. It feels like they are annoyed having tourists / visitors in their house, even though we try our best not to disturb them. The garden is great but I always felt uncomfortable walking around wherever the owners are around. In my opinion , this place does not really deserve the "wonderful" 9/10 rating. There are definitely cheaper and more welcoming places in osh.
