Hyvä sijainti palvelujen ja rannan läheisyydessä. Asunnossa toimiva pohjaratkaisu.

Koneellinen ilmanvaihto ei ole ilmastointi. Huoneisto oli helteellä tosi lämmin. Saunaa ei voinut ajatellakaan lämmittävänsä. Herkkäuniselle saattaa ilmanvaihdosta syntyvä ääni olla liian kova. Kuten myös tuulettimen pohina. Edellisten asukkaiden jäljiltä huoneisto oli huonosti siivottu, josta valitimme mutta saimme vain pahoitteluja osaksemme.
