The staff is nice and towels are provided in the toilet.

The light for the room cannot be turned on, everyone only can turn on their bed light. It was a bit inconvenient. Also, the toilet seems almost broken, and the lock was not working.

Buena ubicación cercana al reloj y al centro de la ciudad.

Los camarotes son de acero y de 3 niveles por lo que suenan mucho cuando alguien sube/baja. Check in se realiza muy tarde y generalmente no hay nadie en recepción como para recibirte o orientarte.
