Lavender Hill - Summer holiday & ski villa chalet

Fantastisch ingericht huis met alle faciliteiten die je thuis hebt of soms zelfs nog beter!! Alles was top, ontvangst en communicatie allemaal super geregeld!

The overall quality of the chalet was exceptional. It was ideally located with plenty of space for our group of 7 and could have easily managed a group of 10.

This was the best house I have ever stayed in Europe. The renovation is new, and everything is very clean. Every morning, the windows offer a stunning view of the snow-covered mountains. The location is very quiet and private. The ski lifts are just a short drive away. Upon arrival, we received clear instructions about nearby shops, restaurants, and other attractions. We will gladly return to this wonderful house.

There is so much to like about the stay at Lavender Hill... First and foremost, communication with the owners was always easy, efficient, and incredibly friendly. I really cannot overstate how polite and decent they were in all of our dealings. Beyond this, the property itself is amazing. Nestled high in the hills which are both opposite some mountains and themselves transition into other mountains, the chalet is perfectly situated, offering breathtaking views from the main bedroom, balcony and living room. Skiers and lovers of nature alike will appreciate the proximity of the house to several funiculars and lifts leading both to the many slopes and walking trails in Saalbach and beyond. Beyond being tastefully decorated and furnished, the house is a smart one, fully equipped with automatic lights and curtains. This may take some getting used to at first, but quickly becomes part of the charm of this accommodation, where everything has been carefully thought out in order to optimize the level of comfort and the feeling of luxury and well-being. The wellness area with sauna and full bath is an easy example of this, as is the hot tub in the garden. The kitchen is also fully equipped and became the perfect setting for spending some together-time preparing and enjoying meals. I do think that guests should take the time to familiarize themseleves with all appliances and features so as to optimize their stay in the house. This is however an easy thing to do, as the owners have very thoughtfully offered video tutorials which are neatly broken down by appliance/theme and easily browsable and accessible through the main controller console located next to the living room. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lavender Hill and can only hope to have the chance to stay there again. We can throughly recommend it to other travelers.
