The Secret Garden Hostel

Fue mi hogar lejos de casa. Lo que más destacó es la amabilidad del personal, todas fueron excelentes a la hora de brindar información y ayuda en lo que necesitara.

Que hagan la limpieza de las camas de los huéspedes que se fueron desde tan temprano.

There were ants on my bed and the bedcurtain was on the shorter side so my roommates headlamp woke me up when they entered at 2am.

The hostel is in a great location, it's easy to get around to the other districts and there are plenty of places to explore close by too.

In our opinion, the pictures on booking.com are not fully representative. The hostel is very tired and needs updating, for example in our room the wall mounted fan has fallen down and been replaced with a very rickety standing one, some of the electrical sockets didn't work and the mattress was heavily stained. The walls and doors are incredibly thin, so while this isn't a party hostel it was very noisy.

El personal borracho tardó 1 hora en atenderme cuando estaba demaciado cansado

- location - the lady who did laundry was always friendly and acknowledged us - the bathroom was clean

- very weird vibe for a hostel, definitely not social. - the water went off in our room. when I told the staff, this seemed like a regular occurrence.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were very clean and bathrooms too. Staff were always nice and helpful and made our experience there as smooth as possible.
